put cornmeal on a pan and preheat the over to 400 degrees.

make sure before you apply toppings that you've gotten all the air out of the dough

after you've done that make your pizza shape out of the dough.
i learned the hard way that it's much easier to assemble the pizza ON the pan instead of
trying to bring it to the pan later.

(next time i would shred the cheese. i was just trying to be fancy
and it didn't melt as well as i had hoped.)
