i got this recipe from vegetarian times. super easy and delicious. all you need is matzo bars, chocolate chips, butterscotch if you want, and pistachios. assemble like on the photos and veggie times said to bake, but with this heat i just microwaved for a minute and then spread the melted chocolate chips with a spatula. after that, sprinkle the pistachios and them set inside the fridge. then break the bar into pieces and enjoy! it's one of those perfect salty and sweet combinations!
