no oil, no salt, best tofu scramble ever.

ingredients:
1 block of med tofu
1 med onion
1/2-1 red pepper
3 cloves of garlic
6-8 large mushrooms
1 t tumeric
1/2 t dill
1 t dried parsley
2-3 T braggs

chop onion, red pepper, mushrooms
put in pan with braggs until onions are soft and most liquid is cooked away.

squeeze out extra liquid from tofu and crumble into pan

stir in with other ingredients

press the tofu down with the spatula to squeeze out more moisture

add spices

Photobucket
continue cooking until consistancy resembels scrambled eggs.

looks yummy! i'm all for no salt or oil when i make my scrambles..i've never thought to use dill though i'll have to try it =)

Mmm I love tofu scramble! Yours looks great. I'll have to try it with no oil, I always feel like I use way too much when I make mine.

Looks great! When you squeeze out extra moisture after adding the tofu to the pan, do you drain this off or is it for the benefit of the veggies? Thanks! :)

no need to drain the liquid off at any point. just give it a good squeeze before crumbling into the pan :)
